HOW OLD DO YOU HAVE TO BE?
Applicants must be at least 62 years of age.
WHAT ABOUT THE AGE REQUIREMENT FOR A HUSBAND AND WIFE?
The head of the household must be at least 62 years of age. The spouse can be
any age.
WHAT ARE THE REQUIREMENTS FOR THE DISABLED?
There are NO age requirements for persons or couples who are disabled or
handicapped as defined in the Social Security Act.
WHO IS ELIGIBLE?
Eligibility and rent is based on age, income and assets. Eligibility cannot be
determined until after completion of the application process.
WILL RESIDENTS BE ABLE TO CONTROL THE HEATING AND AIR CONDITIONING IN THE
APARTMENTS?
Yes, for complete comfort, each apartment’s heating and air conditioning can be
individually controlled.
ARE THE APARTMENTS FURNISHED?
Refrigerators and electric ranges are furnished. You will bring your furniture,
familiar possessions and furnishing so that your apartment will truly look like
your own home.
